Continuing along with the injury-laden season of “Dancing with the Stars,” Holly Madison is the newest name on the list on ailing participants.

“She hurt herself last week while getting ready for the samba,” Madison’s rep told Us Magazine. “There were lots of throws involved. She was a real trooper and didn’t say anything. She just worked through the pain.”
